SO | Home operates on hourly pricing for de-cluttering and organizing services. Rate depend on how many organizers are on-site.
SO | Home operates on flat rate pricing for design projects.
In order to quote you, we’ll first talk on the phone for a complimentary consultation. Next step is an in-person consultation to see your space, gain a better understanding of the scope of work, take measurements and talk next steps. In-person consultations last about 45 minutes and are $100.
Some of our services include:
PER ROOM / WHOLE HOUSE –
- work side x side to sort, purge and make sense of it all (optional)
- individualized solutions
- contents of space organized
- haul away of recycling, donations or consignment pieces
UNPACKING SERVICES –
- direct movers or boxes on packing & move-in day
- determine efficient placement
- unpacking of spaces so you start off totally organized in your new space!
MAINTENANCE SERVICES –
- if you’ve already had your space organized by SO | Home and just need a refresh, this 2 hour session will get you back in business
DESIGN SERVICES –
- start to finish design assistance of custom built-in solutions, wall systems or free-standing storage
- help with current system re-configurations
- contents of space organized upon completion
TRAVEL SERVICES – $1,500 per day
- don’t live in the SF Bay Area? – I’ll travel to you!
- travel expenses and reimbursement to be determined case by case and within your budget
