savings update

Jan 12

we’ve been having a bit of an *off week* around here. my apologies for the lack of fun organization projects. what kind of off week? i’ve had numerous calls from the school nurse, as well as a “behavior” phone call this afternoon from our 7 year old’s teacher.

*sigh*

such is life, right?

i have been working on projects and look forward to sharing them in the coming weeks. in the meantime, i thought i would share more coupon savings from this week with you.

since i had to pick up some medicine at Walgreens for our 5 year old, i grabbed a few deals too!….

*spent $11.67 total

*saved $15.25 in coupons

**********

then a quick trip to target for some random items. here is an example of stacking coupons. if you look closely at the top of these coupons, one says “manufacturer coupon” and the other says “target coupon”. these CAN be used TOGETHER to save you even more money!

in addition to the random items i needed, here is what i purchased with coupons…

*spent $4.97 – for everything in that photo!

*saved $9.97 in coupons

the razor was $9.49 minus the $7 in coupons i showed you above – and when you buy the razor you get the shaving cream FREE.

the pens were also free – on sale for $1 and i used a $1 coupon that was in this Sunday’s paper!

did pretty well this week! and putting these items together took me no time at all because my coupon binder is organized and up to date.

the above savings along with a quick grocery run brings me to a new coupon savings total ….
