Hey! Much like the food post I shared this weekend, maybe at first glance this doesn’t appear to be organization related. But my little loves, it so is! Not only do I have to schedule in and be organized with my workout schedule (or it won’t happen), but I have to be prepared with my music. Working out with no music? That’s like organizing a playroom while all of your kids are home. It makes NO sense!
Am I right or am I right?
I mentioned during my food post that I’ve been doing some fairly intense circuit training for the last 15 weeks. I work out about 4-5x a week and can not be without my music. It motivates me. Sometimes when I’m done with my 30 minute session, I’ll keep going because my music has me all fired up. There’s nothing wrong with that for this 40 year old body! The more physical activity the better. Proof of this requirement…
If you’re working out or just getting back into it this New Year and looking for some music inspiration, here’s my current playlist. This is subject to change depending on the season, of course…which is why I titled this post v. Winter 2015. Ha! Anyway, share your playlist with me too!! I’m always looking for good additions to my playlist.
Oh, you’ll notice this is definitely a mix of genre’s. In all honesty, I’m a hip hop country girl…is this even possible? I grew up in a very urban area of San Francisco and then spent many years in the south. So, there’s that. 😉
Enjoy!…
