this picture is a much better intro than anything i could say…
we’ve been having a harried week around here with school and after-school activities. so each afternoon i have been in the mood for something sweet to get me through the rest of the day. this small treat always satisfies my craving – and, like everything i share here, they are very easy to make!
another reason i decided to make these this week? it’s a great recipe when you have leftover holiday themed m&m’s. here are the remains from our Easter…
along with the rest of the ingredients…
the dough is so soft and light…
then you add in those m&m’s. since i didn’t have a lot of m&m’s, i added in some semi-sweet chocolate chips to fill in the rest of that 2 cup requirement…
after cooling the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, you will roll it in your hands to form small balls…and place them in a mini-muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray…
bake them for 12-14 minutes…
so good…
a simple and easy recipe…
my favorite way to eat these is with a hot cup of coffee…
Yum!!!
they are yum!!!
Can I just tell you how much I want one (or 5) of these right now?!??! I wish I had leftover M&Ms in my stash! 🙂
visiting from Tatertots and Jello!
lol!!! me, too! i'm already having "a week" and it's only tuesday…i might be making some of these come thursday. 🙂
